New Digital Operations Centre opens in Poland
Ricoh has opened a new state-of-the-art flagship facility in Warsaw, Poland, to support the growth of its round the clock support to customers across the globe.
The 3,600 sq. ft. / 335 sq. m. DOC (Digital Operations Centre) is now fully operational and is a market leading facility for Ricoh to provide remote managed service support and monitor, protect and resolve security incidents for customers around the globe.
The Centre is occupied by a team of highly specialised experts with a range of diverse skills, including engineers, data architects, security, and cloud operators. Since the creation of a digital services hub in Poland five years ago, the remote managed services team has increased from 14 to 140 employees and now serves over 600 customers internationally.
The services the DOC provides for customers include:
- Cloud & Infrastructure Managed Services to proactively monitor, manage and support mission critical customer infrastructure – whether that’s physical devices located in offices, or cloud-based infrastructure.
- Service Desk for round the clock technical support via multiple channels.
- End User Computing (EUC) Managed Services – delivering proactive management and support for end-user devices and digital workplace applications.
