Ricoh positioned by independent research firm, Verdantix, as a Specialist in the 2023 Green Quadrant for Workplace Systems Integrators based on in-depth analysis and customer insight.
To understand customer needs, Verdantix conducted in-depth interviews with software buyers at organisations occupying mid to large real estate portfolios and reviewed data from a survey of budget decision-makers.
The report recommends that Ricoh be shortlisted by corporates looking for a partner to support complete workspace transformation projects. It also suggests that Ricoh is considered by firms with hybrid working programmes seeking to boost employee productivity.
Nicola Downing, Chief Executive Officer at Ricoh Europe, commented on the report’s findings, and said,
“There is an increasing need for technologies, such as workplace experience platforms, to ensure offices are agile, efficient, and designed to foster employee engagement, collaboration and productivity. We are continually investing in our products and services to meet our customers’ evolving needs, so I’m pleased that this report has recognised the positive progress we have made in the last few years as a leading workspace integrator.”
