The Pro VC40000 can be configured for the needs of your production environment. There is a choice of a colour or mono press, dye or pigment inks, duplex, simplex or dual simplex, and ‘I’, ‘L’, and ‘H’ press engine configurations. The press can either run roll to roll or straight into a finishing line.
Features to increase efficiency and reduce costs
Preset printing parameters can be saved and easily recalled, making setting up jobs fast and seamless, reducing errors — and wasted ink and media. The press can also help you to make efficient use of paper with its ability to print on the reel even as it accelerates and decelerates, and its ability to vary frame lengths dynamically also minimises waste. Capping of colour printheads when the press is dedicated to printing mono files saves ink through reduced servicing.
