Ricoh Europe completes acquisition of PFH Technology Group

Ricoh Europe, London, 01 June 2023 – Ricoh Europe today announced that it has completed the acquisition of PFH Technology Group (PFH), a leading integrated digital infrastructure and managed services company.

Headquartered in Cork, Ireland, with additional offices in Dublin and Galway, PFH supports over 1,000 customers with their IT and communications technology needs. Since its formation in 1985, PFH has established longstanding relationships with industry leading vendors and secured the highest level of accreditation with partners such as AWS, Citrix, Commvault, Dell, Hewlett-Packard Enterprise (HPE), HP Inc., Lenovo, Microsoft, Pure Storage and VMware.

Ricoh Europe announced its intent to acquire PFH on 3 April. The company and its shareholders were advised by KPMG, Taylor Wessing, and Matheson LLP. PFH and its shareholders were advised by EY and Arthur Cox LLP.
