To support the workplace optimisation programme, Evelyn Partners assessed multiple desk booking and facilities management solutions. Following a demo and proof-of-concept at its Guildford office, the company chose to deploy RICOH Spaces.
The solution provides intuitive desk booking capabilities, along with IoT sensor technologies to track office occupancy. In addition, RICOH Spaces enables cycle-rack booking to help encourage more sustainable commuting patterns.
