Tesio Cooling Systems, an Italian engineering company, specialises in the production of radiators, elevator components, and tractor climate control solutions.
The company needed to innovate its document processing and make it more efficient to be able to respond rapidly to customer requests. Ricoh Italy was selected to implement the Ricoh Smart Integration platform, which interfaces with Ricoh MFPs providing numerous features including the conversion of paper documents to editable formats such as Word and Excel.
