IH Oxford Group, based in Lecce Italy, is an organisation that has been operating in the field of education, teaching, and language training for more than 40 years.
The company sought to expand its green approach to the world of printing which, if not properly managed, can have a major environmental impact, causing avoidable inefficiencies and waste.
A number of Ricoh multifunction devices were installed throughout the building: the main office has a device that can be used by administrative staff, whilst other devices situated in corridors are used mainly by teaching staff. After analysing the starting point in terms of printing volume and consumable material usage, Ricoh Italy presented a plan for optimising printing processes thanks to the Ricoh Smart Integration solution with the Control+ package version.
