End User License Agreement

Please refer to the documentation and other information supplied with the product for a copy of the relevant licence terms, or please contact Ricoh and request a copy of the licence terms.

The downloads that are provided on our website  ("The Software") are for the support of Ricoh Products. The Software is owned by Ricoh Europe PLC, 20 Triton Street, London, NW1 3BF, United Kingdom (“Ricoh”) or by a third party that has granted Ricoh the right to sublicense the Software.

You, the end user, shall use the Software according to the terms of this Agreement. By loading the Software into any computer, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not accept the terms of this Agreement, you may not load the Software into any computer.

Grant of license

You may use the Software with the Ricoh equipment for which the Software was made. You are permitted to use the Software on any computer which permits electronic access to the equipment. You are not permitted to rent, lease, sell or otherwise distribute the Software or to transfer your rights under this license to a third party. 

Acceptance
You shall be deemed to have accepted the terms of this Agreement by downloading the Software.

Duration
This license is effective until terminated. Ricoh will immediately terminate the license if you fail to comply with the terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must destroy without undue delay all copies of the Software and its documentation.

Ownership of Software
It is an express condition of this Agreement that the title and ownership of the Software shall at all times be retained by Ricoh or the third party vendor that has granted Ricoh the right to sublicense the Software.

Copying
The Software and its documentation are copyrighted. You may not make any copies nor allow others to make copies of the software except for such copies that are necessary for operational security. For this purpose up to three copies may be made. Any such copies are subject to the conditions of this Agreement. You may not modify, adapt, merge, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or create derivative works based on the whole or part of the Software and/or its documentation. You may be held legally responsible for any copyright infringement, unauthorized transfer, reproduction or use of the Software and/or its documentation. If reverse engineering or decompiling is necessary for the purpose of intercompatibility, please contact Ricoh.

Guarantees
Ricoh makes no guarantees of any kind with regard to the Software and/or its documentation. All files, drivers and other materials are supplied "as is."

Disclaimer
Ricoh disclaims to the fullest extent possible under the applicable law all warranties, express or implied, including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Liability
Ricoh shall not be liable for errors contained in the Software and/or its documentation, or for lost profits, loss of data, non-compatibility, infections, lost opportunities, consequential or incidental damages incurred as a result of such errors. To the fullest extent possible under the applicable law Ricoh excludes all liability for damages resulting from the use of or the impossibility to use the Software.

Non-proliferation
You shall not sell, transfer or otherwise make available the Software to any firm(s), any corporation(s), and/or any person(s) that are involved in the research and development of manufacturing and use of ordinary, nuclear, chemical, biological weapons and/or missile technology.

Severability
Should any part or provision of this Agreement be held unenforceable or in conflict with the applicable law of any jurisdiction, the validity of the remaining parts or provisions shall not be affected thereby.

Applicable law
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England.

Competent Court
All disputes arising in connection with this Agreement shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent court in England.
