Ricoh Named as a Forbes’ World’s Best Employer
London, UK October 17, 2025 — Ricoh has today announced it has been named on Forbes’ World’s Best Employers 2025 list, reflecting Ricoh’s long-term commitment to building a workplace where people are respected, empowered, and inspired to achieve fulfillment through work.
“At Ricoh, every person’s ideas and contributions matter,” said Ryoko Nagahisa, Chief Human Resources Officer at Ricoh Company, Ltd. “Recognition by Forbes reflects our sustained focus on placing people at the centre of value creation, rooted in our founding principles of The Spirit of Three Loves — ‘Love your neighbor, Love your country, Love your work.’ When people bring their individuality and capabilities to the fullest and combine their wisdom, they spark innovation and deliver high value-added products and services that meet a wide range of customer needs.”
Forbes, in collaboration with data and intelligence platform Statista, compiles the World’s Best Employers list through independent, anonymous surveys of more than 300,000 workers in more than 50 countries over a three-year period. Evaluations combine direct employee ratings with indirect industry and public feedback and recognise 900 multinational corporate groups. The survey also asks employees to assess their current employer across six dimensions: atmosphere and development (recognition, clarity, growth); pay and benefits; company image and pride; respect for individuals; working conditions; and workplace environment.
This marks Ricoh's latest global recognition, following its inclusion in TIME's World's Best Companies of 2025 and Financial Times' ‘Best Employers: Asia-Pacific 2025’ list.
In light of this recognition, Ricoh will continue to invest in people — expanding skills, strengthening leadership, and fostering vibrant workplaces — to create customer value and support long-term, sustainable growth.
