Ricoh introduces new range of multi-talented A3 black and white Smart MFPs
Ricoh Europe, London, 05 July 2016 – Ricoh is introducing the new A3 black and white MP 6503SP, MP 7503SP and MP 9003SP Smart Multi-Function Printer models, which offer fast paced businesses the opportunity to improve efficiency, raise productivity and boost creativity whilst effectively managing printing and energy costs.
Designed for fast-paced businesses with non-stop print and document management requirements, these efficient devices are packed with easy-to-use creative features that make it easier than ever to produce better looking and more professional materials. All three models use Ricoh’s new Smart Operation Panel, which makes operation and secure integration with your document management infrastructure, business workflows and mobile devices easier than ever.
Powerful Smart Operation Panel unleashes new possibilities
Each of the three models features the easy-to-use touch and swipe colour Smart Operation Panel, where layout and content can be tailored to suit the preferences of individuals and teams. This provides immediate access to your most commonly used print, copy and scan functions through one-touch icons and opens up a host of engaging creative possibilities. The panel can also be upgraded with new functions by installing apps that extend the MFP’s capabilities still further, with the choice of apps constantly being updated to keep pace with business needs.
Easy integration with documents, workflows and mobile devices
Ricoh’s document scanning, distribution and management software also offers you the possibility to expand the functionality of your machine, enabling you to scan and save documents in full colour directly to email, portable media or internal folders to speed up workflow. These MFPs can also be operated via smartphones and tablets, using secure NFC, Bluetooth or internet connectivity, enabling access and printing from virtually any location.
