LAN-Fax Generic Driver Upgrade Advisory (Ver.10.0.0.0 and Ver.10.1.0.0 ONLY)

In order to continue to deliver the highest levels of customer service, Ricoh continually reviews the performance of its products. As part of this process, Ricoh has identified an irregularity in LAN-Fax Generic Driver, Ver.10.0.0.0 and Ver.10.1.0.0, software used to send faxes from a PC. By obtaining a free download of the latest version of the software, this can be avoided. Ricoh identified that under certain circumstances, with older versions of the software, an image previewed on the preview screen can be added to the next previewed image. Therefore, if you were to continue sending a fax in that state, it would result in both images being sent. The enhanced driver has already been made available and we are now advising all customers running older versions of the software, to take the following action:
