Customers commend the evolution of Ricoh’s Business Process Services

Ricoh Europe, London, 01 December 2016 – The results from Ricoh Europe’s latest survey of its Business Process Services customers show that satisfaction is at an all-time high.

A total of 275 customers from Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Spain and the UK shared their views, including: 

  • The likelihood that customers would recommend Ricoh (88 per cent) 
  • The possibility customers would purchase from the company again (81per cent) 
  • Customer satisfaction around service delivery (86 per cent), account management (84 per cent) and managing change (82 per cent).

Ricoh customer Gaspare Arimondi, Purchasing & General Services, SIAD Macchine Impianti said: “Ricoh manages the production process, delivering accurately compiled document packs to our assembly line, ready for shipment. Because the documents are printed on demand, there is no wastage and we can easily incorporate last minute changes.”

Karen Adlard, Senior Contracts Manager, Telent, another Ricoh customer, commented: “Ricoh is a proactive supplier and constantly seeks to improve the services it provides. We particularly value the support of Ricoh’s print centre manager. It is great to have somebody on site who really understands our business needs.”

Conducted by research consultancy firm TNS, the findings reveal an overall satisfaction level of 78.2 per cent up from 77 per cent in 2015 and 72 per cent in 2014. All percentages were calculated based on the ratings given by respondents ranging from one to five. A total of 275 respondents (up from 182 in 2015) from Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Spain and the UK who have purchased one or more Business Process Services from Ricoh completed the survey.
