A message to customers and partners from David Mills, CEO, Ricoh Europe
We’re going through an unprecedented global situation and I wanted to take a moment to share a message of solidarity.
In light of that, I wanted to share a clear message that the welfare of our employees, our customers and our partners is, of course, our absolute priority.
We’re adapting our working practices across Europe and are moving at pace to meet our changing customer needs. The primary focus for us has been on helping our customers set up remote working across their organisations within days and it’s been both motivating and inspiring to see the resilience and proactive approach of so many organisations.
I want to thank you all for taking such a responsible approach to ensuring that we protect everyone in every way possible. We are looking forward to supporting you at this challenging time and together, we will get through this.
