Leading bank cuts printing costs by 10% while lifting service quality
The Company:
Société Générale Cameroun (SGC) is one of Cameroon’s leading banks, employing 650 people and operating 46 branches nationwide. SGC has maintained a presence in Cameroon for over 60 years, delivering trusted financial services to more than 245,000 private, corporate and institutional clients.
Challenge:
To meet banking regulations, SGC prints 1000's of documents every day, including invoices, financial statements, and transaction records. To reduce operating costs, the bank wanted to increase its visibility into print usage and volumes. In parallel, SGC needed to minimise the risk of equipment failures and shortages of consumables, and reduce the amount of time that the IT team spent managing print devices.
Solution & Benefits:
