About Printforce
Founded in 2004, Printforce specialises in on demand print production of 'single copy' books. Since 2019 Printforce has been located in Culemborg and is an important scientific and educational publisher. With over 100 staff, three shifts produce some 15-20,000 books each day with an average print run of six copies.
Toner & Inkjet Production
The book inserts are produced on rotary inkjet presses, while the covers are produced on Ricoh toner-based production systems. The quality standards involved are high, especially when producing a single copy, and any deviation on the cover can be grounds for the customer to complain or return their product.
Stable quality makes the difference
The new printing systems integrate into the existing workflow and stable, consistent and good print quality is key. This sum of factors and good previous experience with Ricoh made Printforce choose to install two Pro C9500 machines.
