With a state-of-the-art production facility in Timiș County, the company offers services including 3D printing, prototype construction, testing and quality assurance, assembly, logistics, and more.
Challenge:
Previously, Noventa relied on manual workflows and multiple archives to manage invoices and other business documents. Typically, employees would print and distribute paper copies, a slow process that created delays while the correct approvers were identified, and limited visibility into the status of invoices. By streamlining the workflow, the company aimed to increase efficiencyand transparency, and reduce processing times.

Noventa worked with Ricoh business partner Tryamm to implement DocuWare Cloud, a cloud-based document management system that provides centralised, secure storage for invoices. The solution enables the company to digitise the invoicing process, simplifies retrieval, improves document security, and automatically assigns items to approvers, increasing efficiency. The streamlined process ensures Noventa has full visibility into invoice status, accelerates approvals, and boosts the productivity of the accounts team.
