Challenge:
To keep research projects moving forward, Know Center routinely connects with teams based all across Europe. Seamless communication between researchers and clients is essential, but the organisation saw room for improvement in its meeting room experience and digital collaboration solutions. Following a move to a new headquarters, Know Center looked to re-design its workspaces to make it easier for employees to connect with remote teams and to boost productivity during meetings.
Solution and benefits:
Following an audit and analysis, Ricoh kitted out nine meeting rooms at Know Center with new collaboration solutions, including Logitech Rally Bars, Logitech Tap IP touch controllers, Samsung displays, and Microsoft Teams videoconferencing software. The project has successfully transformed the meeting room experience. Rather than spending minutes at the start of each session connecting laptops and projectors, users can now launch hybrid meetings with just a few clicks, helping them work more productively and efficiently.
