Johanniter Emergency Services is one of the most important charitable organisations in Germany. With almost 300 member groups, the organisation provides emergency medical services, disaster relief, first-aid training, and specialist care for children, young people, the elderly, and the sick.
Challenge:
To increase efficiency across HR and finance, Johanniter Emergency Services looked to streamline and digitise key administrative processes. The key goal was to implement a centralised document management system (DMS) that would enable storage and archiving of all HR documentation, provide secure and compliant controlled access for all locations in Germany, and automate processing of incoming invoices. This approach would minimise manual work, accelerate processes, and reduce operational costs.
