In Spain, DHL Supply Chain operates fifty three warehouses and employs more than three thousand five hundred people.
Challenge:
The rapid growth of electronic commerce increased the volume and complexity of document handling at DHL Supply Chain. The organisation receives more than eighty four thousand delivery notes every year, often with many pages and through different physical and digital channels. Managing this work required two full time team members and created a clear need to reduce paper use, improve accuracy and standardise processes with a secure cloud ready solution that integrates with the enterprise resource planning system.
