The office environment is changing. Gone are the days of solely relying on vast open-plan spaces. Today's workplaces require a thoughtful blend: smaller, specialised collaboration areas, alongside well-designed meeting rooms for creative brainstorming, hybrid meetings and informal gathering. This shift towards strategic meeting room design plays a crucial role in fostering collaboration, creativity and productivity. As we gain more experience with hybrid work, we learn which tasks are best suited for home and which benefit from in-person interaction.

Designing office spaces that support smooth (hybrid) working while adding value for employees becomes the key challenge. In this blog post, we'll introduce you to our new Meeting Room Configurator. A tool that will help you realise a well-thought-out setup for all your meeting spaces.
