With a dedicated team of highly skilled production operators based at the Ricoh Printing Solutions Europe Ltd (RPSE) facility in Stirling, we are at the forefront of technological advancements in the digital inks sector. The latest line-up of industrial inks are designed for the flooring and decorative wall covering markets.
Digital Inks
Our expertise lies in the creation of digital inks vital for various printing technologies and applications. These inks are integral to the operations of RPSE and Ricoh globally, powering a multitude of printing solutions. RPSE currently has the capability to design and manufacture oil and water-based pigment dispersions and inks which are unique within Ricoh.
Ink formulations for new and existing applications are developed in partnership with the Inkjet Technical Centre (IJTC) based in Telford. Together we share skills, knowledge, and equipment to develop new formulations to optimise print quality.
Ink dispersions and formulations are scaled up to manufacture on-site, utilising our bespoke ink packaging design and ink filling systems, to deliver the highest quality finished product to our customers.
Digital Stencils
We specialise in the production of Digital Stencils, crafted from a delicate polyester film bonded to tissue paper, and coated with an anti-stick material. The final product thickness is considerably thinner than a human hair and the coating has such a low silicon content, it must be measured with an x-ray spectrometer.
