RICOH Meeting Spaces

Every RICOH Meeting Spaces system is designed to give you the best possible meeting experience based on the space you are in.

Optimised to work with the leading video conferencing platforms such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom, RICOH Meeting Spaces incorporate state-of-the-art technology from industry leading manufacturers which are installed and supported directly by Ricoh.

Each room system includes the right-sized display for the chosen environment. The display is mounted onto a mobile stand with an all-in-one video bar, combining razor-sharp 4K images with features that adjusts the camera position and zoom to find and frame participants.

These can be paired with a centre of room control device pre-configured with room-optimised software from Microsoft or Zoom. With always-on readiness, joining a meeting with just one touch brings ease and convenience, completing the perfect transformation package to suit the demands of hybrid working and creating a thriving, modern office environment.
