ScanRouter™ V2

More and more information comes to us in a digital format. Digital information can be more easily integrated into our workflow as it can be sent around the globe or within a workgroup quickly and accurately. However, paper documents still seem to pile up on our desks and in filling cabinets. As a result of this data overload, information becomes harder to retrieve. So how are we to organise, retrieve, and share knowledge in our workgroup? 
 
 
The answer lies in Ricoh's ScanRouter™ V2. In combination with Ricoh's office automation devices, ScanRouter™ V2 allows you to scan and archive analogue documents, and receive faxes in a digital format. Documents can be sent via e-mail and received in a designated folder. 

ScanRouter™ V2 is available in a Lite and Professional version. The Lite version is bundled with some of Ricoh's office automation devices, while the Professional version is separately available.
