The development of the Technology Centre will enable Ricoh Europe to enhance its relationship with major international clients, including Fortune Global 500 customers. The European Technology Centre has been specifically designed to facilitate discussions with CIOs in order to achieve a clear understanding of what strategic document management solutions are possible and how they can be deployed within their existing their IT environments. This new facility will enable our customers to benefit from the Technology Centre’s vast expertise and ability to create highly-sophisticated IT architectures. Combined with tailored end-to-end document management solutions, this ensures maximum optimisation of customers’ capital investment in technology and value-added services.
The Technology Centre is organised around seven key areas, four in London, United Kingdom and three in Düsseldorf, Germany. It works and liaises closely with various internal and external stakeholders, partners and suppliers to understand current and future customer-issues as well as promote the efficient sharing of Group developments and innovations across the world through the global Ricoh Technology Centre network.
