To be able to manage and support in the best possible way Ricoh's various divisions, centres, subsidiaries, distributors, dealers and so on, Ricoh Europe has put forth great effort in structuring its organisation. The result is a vast but clear tree diagram with three major branches.
The first branch represents the Sales Group, in control of every possible activity in this area. A second branch is responsible for the smooth execution of all possible administration. Last, but not least, extra support is provided by the European Marketing Group.
