Ricoh Europe Completes Unified Senior Management Structure in its European Operating Companies

Ricoh also announced that once the integration of the headquarters was concluded, it intended to study how and when the operations of Ricoh and the operations of NRG in each country might move to a single management structure. Today Ricoh is pleased to announce the following appointments that will enable it to realise the objective of a unified senior management structure throughout Europe.

In all European countries which previously had separate management structures for Ricoh and NRG operations, there is now a unified top management team.

These countries are: Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Spain and the United Kingdom.

Senior management in each country is carefully studying the current organisation including the unified management structure and will determine if, when and how closer integration of their operations and structures could be achieved.

Ricoh maintains its commitment to a multi brand-, multi channel strategy, to ensure it continues to maximise its marketplace flexibility, presence and responsiveness.

Throughout this process Ricoh companies have, and will continue to, inform and consult with European-level and local country employee representative bodies (Works Councils and Employee Forums), in accordance with the terms of its various Agreements and legal requirements.
