Ricoh integrates its Regional Headquarters in Europe

“The integration will streamline the Ricoh Group Headquarters in the region by combining previously separate functions.  The combined strengths and resources of the new organization will allow for an even swifter responsiveness in addressing customers’ needs”, said Simon Sasaki, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Ricoh Europe PLC*.

Ricoh’s operations in the European, Middle Eastern and African (EMEA) regions will be executed, effective 1^st April, by the following companies:

• Ricoh Europe PLC*, with its offices in London, functions as the Strategic Headquarters of Ricoh Group for the EMEA region;
• Ricoh Europe (Netherlands) B.V., with its offices in Amstelveen, serves as the Operational Headquarters for Ricoh Group in the EMEA region;
• Ricoh International B.V., with its offices located in Amstelveen, manages international distributor business of the Ricoh brand for the EMEA region;
• Ricoh Europe SCM B.V., with offices in Bergen op Zoom and Schiphol-Rijk (the Netherlands) is responsible for the supply chain management activities of the Ricoh Group in the EMEA region.

All tasks of the former existing entities of Ricoh and NRG Headquarters will be integrated into these new companies.

Ricoh Europe PLC* oversees R & D, marketing, sales, service, support and training for the Ricoh Group sales brands in the EMEA region: Ricoh, Nashuatec, Rex-Rotary, Gestetner, Lanier and Infotec as well as OEM partners.
