Ricoh offers Equitrac Office™ 4 and Equitrac Express™ 4: Easy and Effective Control of Document Output Costs

Alternatively, users can gain access through Equitrac’s PageCounter™, an external print/copy control terminal. All transactions are processed for centralised accounting and reporting helping organisations define a document output strategy that delivers new levels of efficiency and cost effectiveness.
