Ricoh Aficio™3035 and Aficio™3045 Document Management Systems - Extended Communication and Security for Any Office

With allround office capabilities the Aficio™3035/3045 are fast, powerful and at the same time economic units. They are designed to take over tasks that used to be handled by multiple devices, like desktop printers, copiers, faxes and scanners. With the optional modules for printer/scanner, fax, finishing and bundled document management tools, offices can customise their document management to exact requirements at any point in time. 

Frequently used documents can be stored with their print settings for future re-use. Without the need for an extra server the Aficio™3035/3045 handle incoming and outgoing fax traffic directly to and from the user PC. For inbound faxes e-mail notification is available. With scan to e-mail, scan to folder (SMB, FTP and NCP protocol) and scan to URL, virtually any type of document can be distributed in virtually any desired way. 

Security has been given top priority: both the Aficio™3035 and Aficio™3045 come with a wide range of authorisation, authentication and encryption tools. In addition the Data Overwrite Security unit ensures that any temporary data on the unit’s Hard Disk Drive is automatically overwritten. A high level of manageability, including status notification via e-mail, will greatly help administrators and IT managers to improve their workflows.

With a first copy/print speed of only 4.3/3.6 seconds, the Aficio™3035/3045 run at 35 (Aficio™3035) or 45 (Aficio™3045) prints/copies per minute and 600 dpi resolution. Duplex output is equally fast. Total paper capacity tops at 3,500 sheets and finishing capabilities include a 2,500-sheet multi-tray finisher, as well as a 1,150-sheet booklet finisher.
