Aficio™AP610N – High Speed A3/A4 Monochrome Printing with Outstanding Connectivity and Cost of Ownership

With its user friendliness and many management features, the Aficio™AP610N is an excellent device for the general office and special environments such as logistics centres and supply chain management operations. Ricoh’s printer language RPCS™ offers an icon based interface and print jobs can be initiated with the one click feature. SamplePrint™ allows users to save paper and time by preventing misprints and the LockedPrint™ feature provides secure printing. The AP610N allows time saving by direct printing of PDFs, without ripping the file on the user PC. It can also print barcodes natively, and the DIMM option integrates the unit with SAP® R/3® through the device type system. 

The Aficio™AP610N’s document management capabilities will serve a wide range of users, as well as administrators. Superior connectivity and advanced device monitoring are up to the latest standards. The standard parallel interface and USB 2.0 allow for direct connection to legacy computers and the network board for Ethernet 10-base-T/100base-TX. FireWire (IEEE 1394), Wireless LAN (IEEE 802.11b) and Bluetooth are optional. With the help of Web Image Monitor and SmartDeviceMonitor™, network administrators and IT managers can set user privileges and track complete job statistics. A warm up time of 19 seconds and first print in 6.5 seconds, at a resolution of up to 1,200 dpi offer an impressive productivity profile. In addition, the Aficio™AP610N features 35 ppm A4 and 20 ppm A3 output speed, optional paper feed units with a total capacity of 1,600 sheets (all easily installed by just clicking in place), and the ability to handle paper to 160 g/m², transparencies, printer labels and envelopes. The unit weighs less than 20 kg and measures a convenient 478 x 437 x 343 mm.
