RICOH FAX530/540 - Cost Effective Plain Paper Faxing for Small Businesses and Workgroups

With the FAX530/540, users obtain an affordable communications tool with low initial cost and minimal operational expenses. These devices take A4 sheets and send them via a 9.6/14.4 Kbps modem. Even multi page documents are easily taken care of: with the Auto Document Feeder 10 pages can be sent at the same time. 

The FAX530/540 incorporate a number of handy telephone capabilities such as quick dial and speed dial keys for easy dialing. Thanks to the 'on hook dial' function, the built-in handset does not have to be lifted in order to dial. The FAX540 even offers handfree speaking. Redialling is also easy: the last five numbers are stored in memory.

For enhanced security, the FAX530/540 can store up to 15/50 pages in the systems' memory and safeguard all incoming information. The FAX540 records up to 30 minutes worth of messages on its integrated digital answering machine.
