Aficio™SP 3400N/SP 3410DN – Ricoh launches two new compact B/W laser printers

“The SP 3400N/SP 3410DN are ideal for small or personal offices, where they will enable efficient and fast document production with a low Total Cost of Ownership,” says Chi Chung Man, Product Manager at Ricoh Europe. “These compact black-and-white laser printers are highly productive, with a continuous print speed of 28 pages per minute. They are network-ready as standard, easy to operate, and offer significant paper- and energy-saving features.”

The SP 3400N/SP 3410DN are designed for effortless, fast printing of B/W documents. Warm-up time is less than 20 seconds and the first print is ready in just eight seconds.

The printers display the ease-of-use traditionally associated with Ricoh office equipment. A single cartridge conveniently replaces both drum and toner. In the rare case of a jam, paper can be immediately removed from the full-front operational paper pass.

The SP 3400N/SP 3410DN are suitable for shared use. As standard they come with USB 2.0 and Ethernet 10 base-T/100 base-TX, so can immediately connect to the office network.

The printers exhibit other smart features of interest. Envelopes can be easily printed with both devices, and confidential documents protected with a watermark.

As with all Ricoh products, the emphasis is on minimal environmental impact. Both devices offer low power consumption (5 W in energy saver mode) and a short warm-up time, while the SP 3410DN’s duplex capability further reduces energy costs as well as saving paper.
