Ricoh’s new MFPs are true performers. After a warm-up time of less than 30 seconds, they copy and print 20 or 25 pages per minute in both colour and B/W. They also scan, fax, and, in the case of the MP C2050/MP C2550, even finish output. At the same time, they have the smallest footprint in their class. The devices’ standard duplex unit is remarkably slim, and the finisher option, complete with punch unit, is internal – a unique feature. This compactness, combined with low noise levels, makes it possible to place the MP C2030/MP C2530/MP C2050/MP C2550 next to a desk for direct accessibility.
The MP C2030, MP C2530, MP C2050 and MP C2550 handle a wide variety of paper types. Sizes range between B6 and A3, and envelopes are accepted from all trays. The devices print on such media as high-gloss paper, card stock, transparencies and coated paper with weights between 60 and 256 g/m². Special stock and label paper can be processed via the bypass tray. Maximum input capacity is 1,600 sheets.
The high quality of their colour and B/W output, together with the 500-sheet finisher option to staple and punch, make the MP C2050 and MP C2550 perfectly suited to produce professional-looking documents in-house. These devices are truly complete solutions, with advanced digital connectivity and security features. They possess extensive scan-to functions, including optional scanning to USB flash memory or SD card.
