Ricoh Europe announces mergers in France, Italy, Spain and the United Kingdom

London, 1 April 2008 –   Ricoh today announced the merger of Ricoh and NRG operations in France, Italy, Spain and the United Kingdom. The unified companies will trade under the Ricoh brand name while retaining their multi-brand and multi-channel strategy. The announcement is part of a reorganization plan to transform the Ricoh EMEA Group into a world-class pan-European organization in which each new Ricoh operating company will build upon its strong market presence while enhancing its flexibility and responsiveness to their customers.

  • Ricoh France S.A.S. and NRG France S.A.S. have merged, now trading as Ricoh France S.A.S. 
  • Ricoh Italia S.p.A. and NRG Italia Srl have merged, now trading as Ricoh Italia Srl.
  • Ricoh España S.A. and NRG Group Spain S.A. have merged, now trading as Ricoh España S.A.
  • Ricoh UK Ltd. and NRG Group UK Ltd. have merged, now trading as Ricoh UK Ltd.
