Four-Tiered Solution Structure

This structure is best explained using the analogy of a four-storey building. The first two levels of our four-tiered structure (stand-alone equipment and network-capable image-processing devices) form the solid foundation to the solutions business. By strengthening these foundations, we have been able to expand into printing solutions (Tier 3) and document management solutions (Tier 4), increasing the productivity of our customers’ work processes.
