 The European Technology Centre in London, which formally opened in October 2007, reflects our vision of being ‘closer’ to our customers and forms part of the Group’s global network of Technology Centres present in Japan, Singapore, China and the USA.  This Technology Centre enables Ricoh Europe to enhance its relationship with major international clients, including Fortune Global 500 customers. The European Technology Centre has been designed to facilitate discussions with CIOs, to explore new strategic document management solutions and how they can best be deployed. This new facility enables you to benefit from the Technology Centre’s vast expertise and ability to create highly-sophisticated IT architectures. Combined with tailored end-to-end document management solutions, this ensures maximum optimisation of customers’ capital investment in technology and value-added services.  The Technology Centre is organised around seven key areas, four in London, United Kingdom and three in Düsseldorf, Germany. It works and liaises closely with various internal and external stakeholders, partners and suppliers to understand current and future customer-issues as well as promote the efficient sharing of Group developments and innovations across the world through the global Ricoh Technology Centre network.
